Leona Machová has a diverse work experience. Leona started their career as a Lean Six Sigma Intern at LATECOERE Czech Republic in February 2018 and worked there until June 2018. Following that, they joined Plzeňský Prazdroj and held multiple roles including Trade Marketing Intern from July 2018 to September 2018, Key Account Specialist from October 2018 to December 2020, and Trade Marketing - Activations from December 2020 to December 2021. In January 2022, Leona became a Sales Manager at Bomma, where they worked until February 2022. From March 2022, they joined Alza.cz a.s. as a Vendor Marketing Manager and is currently on maternity leave. Additionally, Leona also has part-time experience in retail projects at Ambiente starting from April 2023. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated skills in media planning, budgeting, building marketing relationships, and sales management.

Leona Machová began their education in 2011 as an exchange student in Japan at Kitazono Tokyo. Leona then attended Prague University of Economics and Business from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of International Relations. Following that, they pursued further studies at the same university, earning an Inženýr (Ing.) degree in the field of International Relations from the Faculty of International Relations between 2016 and 2019. In 2014 and 2015, Leona also had a study experience at Josai International University, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
