Karen O'Donnell has a long history of experience in the healthcare industry. Karen began their career in 1994 as a Staff RN at Elliot Hospital. Karen then moved to Lahey Clinic in 2007, where they worked as an RN until 2012. In 2012, they became the Business Owner of Caring Nurses Staffing Agency LLC. Most recently, in 2019, they took on the role of Sr Director Clinical and Practitioner Success at AlyxHealth.

Karen O'Donnell obtained their BSN degree from St Anselm College in 1993, majoring in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from CARING NURSES STAFFING AGENCY L.L.C. in CAPA, CEN, and TCRN.
