Hugues Le Berre is an experienced hospitality professional with a robust background in food and beverage operations. Currently serving as the Senior Director Of Operations at Alys Beach since August 2016, Hugues also held the position of Director of Food and Beverage at the same establishment. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at The Inn at Palmetto Bluff Resort and Director of Food & Beverage at Woodlands Resort & Inn, among others. Hugues has cultivated expertise in high-end dining and operations at esteemed establishments such as Grande Roche Hotel and The Waterside Inn. Educational qualifications include a BAC Professional Hospitality Degree from Lycee Chaptal and various wine courses from the Cape Wine Academy and Court of Master Sommelier.
