Yessica Hernández Albor has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Yessica started their career as a Transport & Supply Chain Coordinator at DHL Supply Chain in 2011. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating strategic activities in the areas of supply chain and transportation, including planning, operations, call center, traffic, and evidence. Yessica also built strong operational relationships with internal and external clients and successfully negotiated with retail channels and department stores for appointment scheduling and product acceptance in case of accidents or incidents.

Yessica then became an entrepreneur and owner of Yex Nails Design & Spa from 2017 to 2019. Yessica managed the business and its operations independently.

Yessica later joined KEYENCE MÉXICO in 2018 as a Business Development Specialist/International KAM. Their responsibilities included developing new business opportunities and serving as a key account manager for international clients. Their tenure at KEYENCE lasted until 2021.

Currently, Yessica is the Supply Chain & Logistics Manager at Alxedo Smart Water since September 2021. In this role, they are responsible for implementing processes for the proper development of the supply chain and logistics on a national level. Yessica supervises and monitors shipments, achieving a 98% successful delivery rate from the first month. Yessica also provides direct support to the General Management by contributing ideas and strategies for decision-making.

Yessica Hernández Albor began their education in 2001 at IPN- C.E.C. y T. No. 5 "Benito Juárez García" where they earned a degree as a Technician in International Trade in 2004. Yessica continued their studies at IPN- ESCA, Unidad Santo Tomás from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Commercial Relations with a focus on Marketing and Logistics. In 2017, Yessica obtained a certification in Humanistic and Managerial Skills. Currently, from 2021 to 2023, they are enrolled at the Berlitz Language Center pursuing a degree in Fluent Business English at the Advanced Intermediate level.
