Jaron Givens is a Greeter at Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, responsible for welcoming young dancers and their guardians while providing information about classes. They also work as a Resident Assistant at Fordham University, organizing programming events for residents. Additionally, they have experience as a Resident First-Year Mentor at L'Oréal and as an Assistant Producer at The Bessies. Jaron has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from The Ailey School.
