Shelly Bontrager currently serves as the Lead Sales Administrator at Alvest Equipment Services since July 2023, with prior experience as a Sales Administrator. In addition, Shelly has worked with the South Bend Cubs as a Suite Server since April 2019 and has been an Ambassador for Zilis The Ultra Company since August 2018, focusing on health and wellness initiatives. Prior roles include Office Manager at Optimal-EV from February 2021 to May 2023, Warranty Analyst at Daimler Trucks North America, and various warranty management positions at REV Coach/Setra and REV Group, Inc. Shelly's career began at Goshen Coach, where a promotion was earned to Parts and Warranty Manager from Warranty Administrator in April 2014. Early experience includes serving as an ISO Management Representative at Glaval Bus, successfully achieving ISO 9000 certification within a year, and working in purchasing at LaVanture Products Co. Shelly holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Ivy Tech Community College-Fort Wayne, obtained in 1991.
