Lauren Schechter has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Lauren most recently served as the Head of U.S. Human Resources at AlTi Tiedemann Global starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Human Resources at Tiedemann Advisors from August 2019 to March 2023. Lauren also held the position of Senior Vice President, HR Business Partner at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from July 2018 to July 2019. Before that, they worked as a Vice President, HR Business Partner at Credit Suisse from May 2013 to June 2018. Additionally, they served as a Director, HR Generalist for Technology and Data at Morgan Stanley from October 2011 to May 2013. Lauren's earlier experience includes roles as an Assistant Vice President at Barclays Capital in both HR Generalist and Client Relationship Team capacities from August 2009 to November 2011, as well as an HR Associate and HR Assistant at Lehman Brothers from October 2006 to September 2008. Lauren began their career as an HR Assistant at IMG from October 2005 to October 2006.

Lauren Schechter completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at the University of Maryland from 2001 to 2005.
