Meredith Correyo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer-centric program development and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Products at Alvaria, Inc., since May 2023, Meredith has spearheaded a transformative Voice of Customer (VoC) program that drives customer initiatives across the organization. Prior to this role, Meredith worked as an Escalation Leader for APAC & EMEA at Twilio and held various positions at Alvaria, Inc., including Senior Manager of Global Service Operations & Business Intelligence, Technical Manager, and ACC Engineer. Meredith began a career in technical services at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Remote Escalation Specialist. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from St Joseph Engineering College and a Master’s degree in Strategic Management and Leadership from the University of Lincoln.
