Jacques Greyling currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Alvaria, Inc., a leader in enterprise-scale customer experience and workforce engagement management, since January 2023. Additionally, Jacques Greyling has been a private investor since March 2017 and previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Vapor IO from November 2018 to January 2023, focusing on building the Kinetic Edge. Prior to that, Jacques Greyling spent 15 years at Rackspace, holding various senior positions, including SVP of Global Infrastructure and VP of Global Data Centers and Engineering. Jacques Greyling began their career as a Support Engineer at Datacentrix from 1997 to 2002.
