Austin G Alvarez has been serving as a Peace Officer at Folsom Police Department since January 2019, previously holding the title of Cadet. Responsibilities include assisting police officers, taking crime and traffic collision reports, and supporting various police department personnel. Additionally, Austin has been a Security Associate at Alvarez Associates LLC - Workplace Threat Management since May 2016, focusing on Workplace Violence Prevention programs and conducting facility vulnerability assessments. Austin holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Grand Canyon University (2019-2021) and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Mental Health and Wellness at Grand Canyon University, while also having studied at Folsom Lake College from 2017 to 2019.
