Julija Veljkovic has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Julija started their career in 2017 at the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre as a Marketing Coordinator (Volunteer). In 2018, they worked as a Marketing Administrator at Nando's Australia and as a Communications Support Officer at cohealth. During the same year, they also served as the Editor In Chief & Head Writer at AM-UNITY Magazine and worked as a Freelance Writer on Upwork. In 2019, they became the Editorial Channel Manager & Creative Writer at Southeast Asia Globe. From 2018 to 2019, they were also a Studio Coordinator at Evolution 7. In 2020, they took on the role of a Freelance Senior Copywriter at Global Citizen Solutions and later established their own company, Global Creative Copywriter, as its Founder. Currently, they are working at Alva Labs as a Content Writer and has been promoted to the position of Content Marketing Manager starting in January 2023.
Julija Veljkovic completed their Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Leeds between 2011 and 2014. Julija then pursued a Master's degree in International Relations, specializing in Political Science and Government, at the University of Melbourne from 2015 to 2016. Prior to their university education, Julija completed their International Baccalaureate at St. Julians between 2000 and 2011. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) from TEFL UK in March 2020 and completed an Introduction to Project Management course at the University of Adelaide in October 2017.
