Johanna Andersson has a diverse work experience, starting in 2008 as a Butiksbiträde at Fedrigoni SpA, where they worked until 2012. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Cirkelledare at Studieförbundet Vuxenskolan. In 2015, they joined Hotel Castelgandolfo as a Receptionist & Revenue Manager and worked there until 2021. Most recently, in 2022, they started working at Alva Labs as an SDR - Business Development.

Johanna Andersson earned a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Borås from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Kandidatexamen (Bachelor's degree equivalent) in Språk och kultur (Language and Culture) from Sapienza Università di Roma between 2006 and 2011. Johanna completed their high school education at Liceo Linguistico "Mancinelli-Falconi" from 2001 to 2006, focusing on Language Studies.
