Gemma Rabbetts has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Gemma started their career as a Lecturer at The London School of Beauty & Make-up, where they delivered the VTCT Specialist Diploma and assessed students in a salon environment. Gemma then moved on to Redbridge College, where they worked as a Quality Improvement Practitioner and Lecturer for Beauty Therapy, focusing on engaging students and improving teaching and learning across departments. Gemma then joined TNS as an L&D Training Manager/Educator, where they analyzed training needs, implemented strategies for ongoing improvement, and maximized revenue through training services and product delivery. Gemma later returned to Redbridge College as a Curriculum Operational Manager, managing two departments and ensuring high retention, achievement, and success rates. Currently, Gemma is the Global Education Lead at AlumierMD, where they founded the AlumierMD Academy for Aesthetic Professionals, developed a curriculum, and enhanced collaboration between sales and education.
Gemma Rabbetts has pursued their education through a series of qualifications in the field of Education, Beauty Therapy, and General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSEs). In 1995, they attended Barking Abbey Comprehensive School and successfully completed their GCSEs, obtaining 10 qualifications. Following this, from 2000 to 2002, Gemma enrolled at Havering College and obtained an NVQ Level 2&3 in Beauty Therapy. Lastly, they attended the University of Greenwich from 2006 to 2008, where they earned a Certificate in Education, specializing in the field of Education.
