Roger Garratt is an experienced utility executive and management consultant with a strong background in the development and acquisition of major infrastructure projects. Currently serving as a Management Consultant at Alumbra and a member of Roger Garratt Consulting, LLC, Garratt has held various leadership positions, including Board Member at Puget Western Inc. and Puget LNG, LLC. Notably, Garratt was Director of Strategic Initiatives at Puget Sound Energy, overseeing the development of key projects such as the Tacoma LNG facility. With an extensive career spanning several decades at companies like PG&E National Energy Group, J. Makowski Associates, and GE Energy, Garratt possesses a wealth of expertise in project development and strategic initiatives. Educational qualifications include an MBA in International Marketing from Union College and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
