Paul Watkin has extensive experience in the construction and sales sectors, particularly in Western Canada. Currently serving as the Western Canada Sales Manager at Aluma Systems since March 1993, Paul is responsible for creating new business opportunities and has held multiple key roles, including Project Developer and Director of Safety. In the latter position, Paul developed comprehensive proactive safety policies and training manuals. Prior to Aluma Systems, Paul worked at Delta Catalytic Industrial Services from March 1979 to March 1993 as a Construction Superintendent, overseeing teams ranging from 12 to 250 employees on various industrial and institutional projects across British Columbia and Alberta. Paul holds a degree in Carpentry and Construction Management from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, earned between 1980 and 1983.
