Laura Herrera is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Manager for Latam at Aluma Systems since February 2018, overseeing human resources management across regional offices in Guatemala, El Salvador, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. Previously, Laura held various roles at Aluma Systems from January 2010 to February 2017, including Executive Assistant to the Director of Human Resources, where responsibilities included general human development management and payroll processing, and Executive Assistant to the General Director, coordinating travel and special activities for executives. Laura's earlier career included customer service roles, providing support at the company's central telephone and assisting clients in-office. Laura holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from ULACIT (2016-2018), a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from ULACIT (2009-2010), and an Associate's degree in Public Relations/Image Management from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica (2005-2008).
