Meiyin Shih has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2011. Meiyin was an Intern at both Alhambra Beauty College and 玩子美學手創空間 that year. Meiyin was also Self-Employed as a Freelance AutoCAD 2D Drafter in 2011, where they used AutoCAD to prepare engineering blueprints, produced detailed construction blueprints using field survey data, and developed complex project design specifications. In 2012, they worked as a Sales Clerk at President Chain Store Corporation, where they responded quickly and resourcefully to customer requests or concerns, assisted customers with choices by providing them with information about products, and accurately completed cash register transactions. From 2016 to 2017, Meiyin worked as an Assistant Technical Designer at both Frilly, Inc. and ModCloth. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Technical Designer at Crew Knitwear, and they are currently a Software Engineer at Alucio.

Meiyin Shih's education history includes attending App Academy from 2021 to 2022 to study Computer Engineering, FIDM from 2013 to 2015 to study Fashion Design, obtaining The Web Developer Bootcamp 2021 from Udemy: Online Courses in August 2021, obtaining HTML fundamentals course from SoloLearn in September 2018, and obtaining Level C technician for industrial electronics from Workforce Development Agency, MOL. Taiwan. in July 2010.
