Terrie-Lynne Devonish currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Altus Group since April 2021. Prior to this role, Devonish held the position of General Counsel at Staples Canada from January 2020 to April 2021, and spent over 12 years at Aon in various leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Counsel for Canada. Earlier experience includes serving as General Counsel at Primus Telecommunications Group, Inc., and HSBC Securities, where Devonish advanced from Vice President to General Counsel. Devonish began their legal career as an Associate at Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP. An accomplished academic, Devonish holds a Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School, an ICD.D designation from the Rotman School of Management, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Glendon Campus of York University, and an ARCT diploma in piano from The Royal Conservatory of Music.
