Blake Hansen has a diverse work experience starting with their role as the Founder and CEO of Alturas in 2009, where they focused on residential real estate investment. In 2011, they became a Co-Founder and Owner of Alturas Homes, a residential construction company. In 2014, they became the Principal Owner and Director of KONEXUS, an enterprise risk management SaaS company. In 2015, they founded Alturas Capital Partners, a real estate company that specializes in commercial investment real estate. Additionally, they co-founded and owns Alturas Equity Partners and Alturas Ventures. Most recently, in 2020, they became the owner of Hartley Concrete Construction & Hartley Dirtworks.
