Daina Cinovica serves as the Reģiona vadītāja at ALTUM since August 2022, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles including Head of Business Customer Service & Upsell and Regional Manager at Tele2 from February 2018 to March 2022. Daina also held the position of Head of Business Development Support unit at Nordea from October 2016 to November 2017, and served as Branch Manager at Nordea Bank AB Latvia branch from March 2008 until October 2016, where responsibilities included developing and implementing departmental strategies to enhance performance and customer service. Daina holds a Master's degree in Business Psychology and Human Resource Management from Biznesa augstskola Turība (2020-2021), a Master's degree in management science with a focus on Management psychology and supervision from RISEBA University of Applied Sciences (2015-2017), and a Bachelor's degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Banku Augstskola (1999-2003).
