Audrey Jacques has extensive experience in client experience and project management, currently serving as Cheffe d’équipe in the client experience department at Altrum since February 2018, after previously holding the position of Conseillère expérience client. Prior to Altrum, Audrey worked at Ubéo solutions web from March 2011 to February 2018 as Chargée de projets web, where responsibilities included the development of web projects, marketing strategies, administrative console training, and text writing. Audrey holds a diploma in Technique, Gestion de projets en communication graphique from Cégep Beauce-Appalaches (2009-2011) and a DEP in Infographie from Centre de Formation des Bâtisseurs (2005-2007).
