Prannoy Sonkusare has been working in the customer success and operations field since 2017. In 2021, they began working as a Customer Success & Ops Associate at Altro. Prior to that, they worked as a Customer Success and Operations Associate and Customer Success Intern at Roambee from 2017 to 2021. Prannoy provided pre-sales support to the Sales team and successfully closed upsell and cross-sell deals with customers. Additionally, they implemented 5S methodology and introduced Kanban System for effective inventory management. Before that, they worked as an Intern at Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited from 2015 to 2017.

Prannoy Sonkusare obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Mumbai between 2011 and 2015. Prannoy then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) in Industrial and Systems Engineering at San Jose State University between 2016 and 2018. In addition, they hold two certifications: a Six Sigma Green Belt from San Jose State University and a SAFe 4.0 Certified Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc.
