Eryka V has worked in Human Resources for over 15 years. In 2007, they began their career as a Human Resources Program Manager at Select Staffing. In 2013, they moved to Oportun as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager, where they sourced, recruited, and connected over 1,500 people interested and passive to the Oportun mission. In 2016, they became the Sr. Global Director, Culture & Community at Blue Bottle Coffee. Most recently, in 2022, they were hired as the Head of People at Altro.

Eryka V attended FIDM from 2000 to 2002, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Fashion Design.
