Nathan Justice is an accomplished leader in manufacturing and operations management, currently serving as the Director Of Manufacturing at Altria since December 2016. Previously, Nathan held senior roles at Nat Sherman from January 2012 to November 2016, including Vice President of Manufacturing and Director of Manufacturing, and earlier as Director of Plant Operations. Experience includes a tenure at Synergy Health from May 2008 to January 2012 as Assistant Plant Manager, overseeing FDA-regulated aseptic production of medical devices. At G&K Services, from August 2004 to April 2008, Nathan managed daily plant operations and led continuous improvement initiatives as Production Manager. Nathan's career began in the United States Army, serving as Executive Officer from December 2000 to August 2004. Nathan holds an MSA in Business Administration from Central Michigan University and a BSBA from Appalachian State University.
