Jim Elliott has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Jim currently holds the position of Head of Commercial Operations at Altrata, which they began in April 2023. Prior to that, they were a Senior Director of Commercial Operations at Altrata starting from April 2021. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Wealth-X as a Senior Director of Commercial and Business Operations. Jim also served as a Director of Sales Operations at The Expert Institute from 2018 to 2019. At Wealth-X, they held various roles, including Director of Commercial Operations from 2017 to 2018, Senior Manager of System Operations in 2016, and Sales Operations Manager in 2015. Jim started their career at Thomson Reuters as a Sales Operations Analyst from 2012 to 2015 and as a Sales Associate from 2011 to 2012. Jim began their professional journey as a Graduate Assistant at Seton Hall University from 2009 to 2011.

Jim Elliott received their Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Providence College, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Jim then went on to pursue a Master of Arts degree in Higher Education Administration from Seton Hall University, which they completed between 2009 and 2011. In 2018, Jim earned the certification of InsightSquared Certified from InsightSquared.
