Leslie Wong is an experienced HR executive specializing in total rewards, executive compensation, people operations, and business partnerships. Currently serving as the Head of Total Rewards & Wellbeing at Altos Labs since January 2022, Leslie previously provided compensation consulting and HR advisory services as a self-employed professional between February 2021 and January 2022. Prior roles include VP of Total Rewards & Talent Operations at Sunrun and Senior Director of Total Rewards & People Operations at GRAIL, Inc. Leslie has also held leadership positions at Box, Financial Engines, Omnicell, Inc., First Franklin Financial Corp, Siebel Systems, and Solectron Corporation. Leslie earned a B.A. in English with a focus on Rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley.
