Iryna Boltuts has extensive experience in project management and quality assurance, currently serving as the Head of Project Management and Quality Assurance at Altoros Systems since December 2007. In this role, Iryna is responsible for strategic planning and management of the department, including team motivation, hiring, budget control, and participation in key company decisions. Iryna's past experience includes serving as QA Team Lead, focusing on software testing and test team leadership. Prior to Altoros Systems, Iryna worked at EPAM Systems as a Senior Software Functional Tester and Software Functional Tester, specializing in functional and automated testing and test documentation management. Iryna holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Belarusian National Technical University, obtained from 1999 to 2004.
