Both a technology visionary and business leader, Bruce Andersen is always focused on the principle that success depends on understanding and addressing each customer’s unique business needs. He brings over forty years of experience to his role as Altivon founder and General Manager. Bruce is responsible for overseeing and leading all aspects of the company’s strategic direction, profitable growth and operations.
Bruce has successfully developed and sold two software companies and has held several board positions at technology-related companies as well Non Profit organizations supporting our military members and their families. Bruce is also a strong spiritual and financial supporter of Lost Our Homes Foundation, a non-profit that ensures that all pets have a loving home when their owner/family faces major life challenges.
Bruce started out on the technical side of the communications industry and his career took him into sales, sales leadership and general business management. This path ultimately led him to start a Solution Integration company in Phoenix in 1989 that would later become Altivon.
Under Bruce’s leadership, the company grew to become an elite VAR both in revenue contribution and customer satisfaction, designing, implementing and supporting mission critical call processing solutions for over 250 customers. Key to this success was the company’s commitment to its Caller Care philosophy and the effective implementation of call processing and messaging applications that uniquely emphasized the caller’s experience.
Bruce then led the company through a natural migration into the contact center market in 1997 as an early VAR for Interactive Intelligence (now Genesys). Under his leadership, Altivon has grown over 700% in the past five years and has been recognized with several awards as the nation’s leading independent contact center solution provider. The company now serves contact center customers across the US and Canada with state-of-the–art technology and caller applications that elevate the multi-modal customer experience.
