Eli Kopp-DeVol is a seasoned mechanical engineer currently serving as the Docking Team Lead at Astroscale since November 2023. Previously, Eli held multiple roles at Altius Space Machines, Inc. from May 2018 to November 2023, including Mechanical Engineering Manager and Mechanical Engineer II. Eli began their career at Performance Bicycle as a Bicycle Mechanic from May 2016 to December 2018 and gained research experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Colorado Boulder. Early work experience includes an internship at StoneAge Waterblast Tools and serving as a server at Centro Latin Kitchen. Eli holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, earned between 2018 and 2019, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution, completed in 2018. Eli graduated from Animas High School in 2014.
