William D. (Doug) Warren, CCP, has extensive experience in project controls and accounting within the engineering and construction management industry. Currently serving as Project Controls Manager at Altium Packaging since April 2013, William previously held positions as Senior Project Cost Analyst at Southern Nuclear Operating Company and Senior Project Controls Specialist at PegasusTSI, Inc. William's expertise encompasses profitability analyses, project reporting, cash flow and revenue forecasts, and various financial functions, including accounts payable and receivable management. William started the career as Project Controls Specialist at Washington Group International and as Accountant/Financial Analyst at Raytheon Engineers and Constructors. William holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, and Finance from The University of Alabama.
