Pema Evaski-McLean has a diverse range of experience in human resources and operations. They began their career at CAMH Foundation as a Human Resources and Operations Associate from November 2018 to July 2019. They then moved on to RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust, where they held various roles including Human Resources Administrator from July 2019 to April 2021, Coordinator of People and Culture from April 2021 to March 2022, and Generalist of People and Culture from April 2022 to June 2022. Currently, Pema is working at Altis Recruitment as a Human Resources Business Partner since June 2022, and they have been promoted to the position of Director of People & Culture starting from June 2023.

Pema Evaski-McLean completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Alberta between the years 2013 and 2017. In 2019 to 2020, they obtained a Certificate in Human Resources Management from York University. Furthermore, in October 2015, Pema earned a certification in the GRE General Test from the Educational Testing Service (ETS).
