Sushma Chedala began their work experience as a Design Verification Trainee at MosChip Institute of Silicon Systems (M-ISS) in February 2021 and concluded their role in April 2021. Sushma then worked as an Intern at Tech Mahindra from May 2021 to July 2021. Following that, they were a Software Engineer Trainee at BORN Group from August 2021 to December 2021. Currently, Sushma is employed as an FPGA Engineer at Altiostar, A Rakuten Symphony Company, starting in January 2022.

Sushma Chedala received their Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology, where they studied from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Government Polytechnic for Women, Warangal, completing their studies there from 2014 to 2017. In 2013-2014, Sushma attended Goutham High School, focusing on their high school education.
