Balaji Santhana Krishnan is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering management and quality engineering. Currently a Senior Engineering Manager at Altimetrik since February 2019, Balaji oversees a team of over 25 engineers, focusing on career development, goal setting, and mentoring, while also leading application development using JAVA, Python, and JavaScript. Previously, Balaji served as a Technical Lead in Quality Engineering, specializing in automation tools and frameworks. Prior experience includes a Senior Quality Engineer role at Oracle, where contributions included authoring two IEEE publications and engaging in industry conferences, and a Software Test Engineer position at Tata Consultancy Services, working on automation for CitiBank applications. Balaji holds an Engineerā€™s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
