Anders Weesgaard Sørensen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Anders Weesgaard started their career at Lidl Danmark in 2005 as a Butiksassistent and later held positions as Nøglebærer/lukkeansvarlig, Souschef, and Butikschef. In 2007, they joined Bilka, Salling Group as Områdeansvarlig Frugt og Grønt and later became Salgsleder, Frugt og Grønt. Anders Weesgaard then returned to Lidl Danmark as a Butikschef for a brief period. In 2010, they worked as a Butikschef at Lidl Danmark again before joining BDO in 2015 as a Revisor. Anders Weesgaard held this role until 2023. Currently, they are a Financial Controller at Altiden, a position they began in May 2023.

Anders Weesgaard Sørensen is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Financial Management at Aalborg University, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Prior to their enrollment at Aalborg University, they attended Aalborg Handelsskole in 2014, where they completed their HHX degree with a focus on Economics.
