Ruth Bluestone possesses extensive experience in data analytics and geographic information systems, currently serving as Director of Data Analytics, GIS at Starry, Inc. since July 2018, after progressing through roles such as Manager and Senior Data Analyst in the same field. Previous positions include Data Analyst at Equinox and Geographic Information System Specialist for the New York City Emergency Management Department. Ruth has also held roles with TISTA Science and Technology Corporation and the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism, where a managerial position in data analytics was held. Academic contributions include work as an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Maryland College Park and a Research Assistant at Boston University.
