Alex's experience also includes developing customer service strategies and managing cross-functional collaboration, alongside roles in market insights, business intelligence, and data management at notable organizations like Johnson & Johnson and Nestlé Nutrition North America. Alex holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Psychology from Rutgers University and an MBA in Business Administration from Centenary University.
