Pedro Santos currently works as an engineer at Altice Labs since April 2014. As the Infrastructure Team leader, their responsibilities include team coordination, architecture definition for BSS / OSS and OCS, project management for platform deployment, technological upgrade planning, Disaster Recovery architecture definition, and hardware dimensioning for new platforms. Prior to Altice Labs, Pedro has also worked as an engineer at Portugal Telecom Inovação SA since 1996.
