Antonio Silva has extensive experience in the telecommunications field, serving as a System Engineer at Portugal Telecom Inovação since March 2007 and previously as a Research Assistant at the Telecommunication Institute from October 2003 to February 2007, where involvement included work with Encoding and Transmission of Video within the Digital Television and Mobile Video group. Antonio's educational background includes multiple post-graduations in Information Systems, Network Communications, and Mobile Communications, as well as a degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Universidade de Aveiro.
