Knut Vegard Fosse has a diverse work experience in the field of television and media. Knut Vegard began their career in 2008 as a Lys og AV-tekniker at Vestad Lighting AS, where they worked until 2010. In 2012, they worked as a freelance foto at TVP Broadcast AS until 2016. In 2013, they joined Mediability Group as a System specialist, and they stayed there until 2018. During their time at Mediability Group, they gained expertise in the field of media systems. In 2018, they joined Altibox as an Engineer IPTV Operations. Later, they were promoted to the role of Senior Engineer TV-Plattformer. Presently, they are still working at Altibox. Additionally, Fosse held the position of Daglig leder at Multiplex Media from 2007 to 2023.

Knut Vegard Fosse obtained a Bachelor's degree in Fjernsyns- og multimedieproduksjon from the University of Stavanger, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Lundehaugen VGS from 2005 to 2007, but no degree or field of study information was provided for this period.
