Ingmar Halleraker has over 19 years of work experience in various roles. Ingmar is currently working as a Senior Project Manager at Altibox since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at AKVA group ASA from September 2017 to April 2022. From February 2013 to July 2017, Ingmar worked as a Project Manager at Roxar. Ingmar also worked as a Project Planner at ABB Norway (ABB Oil, Gas and Petrochemical) from September 2010 to January 2013 and as a Commercial Services Coordinator at TDW Offshore from January 2010 to September 2010. Ingmar started their career at SpareBank 1 SR-Bank as a Financial Advisor/Customer Services from January 2007 to December 2009. Ingmar also gained experience as a Store Employee at Trend/Tekstilnytt AS from January 2003 to December 2007.

Ingmar Halleraker began their education at BI Norwegian Business School, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from 2002 to 2005. Ingmar then attended the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) from 2005 to 2007, earning a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration. Continuing their education at NHH, Ingmar received a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Marketing and Industrial Economics from 2007 to 2009. During their studies, they also participated in an exchange semester at Stockholm University in 2008, focusing on International Business/Trade/Commerce. In 2015, Ingmar obtained a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, Washington DC Chapter, Inc.
