Eirik Henriksen has a diverse work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Eirik started their career as an IT-Technician at Caverion in 2012 and worked there until February 2014. Following that, they joined CGI as an IT Support Agent from February to May 2014. In 2015, Eirik worked as an IT Consultant at Atea Norge, where they provided technical support to corporate customers and worked with systems such as Active Directory and Windows Server.

In 2017, Eirik joined Lyse Dialog AS as a Customer Consultant and worked there until August 2018. Eirik then moved on to Altibox, where they have held several roles. Eirik started as a Network Operations Center Engineer in August 2018 and worked there until September 2019. Eirik then became a Critical Incident Manager, responsible for managing critical incidents, from September 2019 to January 2020. Eirik was promoted to Senior Critical Incident Manager in January 2020 and held that position until May 2022. Currently, Eirik works as a Network Engineer at Altibox, starting in May 2022.

Eirik Henriksen completed their education at Noroff from 2017 to 2019, earning a Bachelor's degree in Network and IT Security. Prior to that, they attended Sola VGS from 2009 to 2012, where they received a degree as a Computer Electronics Technician, specializing in Computer Hardware Technology/Technician.

Apart from their formal education, Eirik also obtained certifications in IT Security Foundations: Core Concepts from LinkedIn in November 2017 and expects to obtain the CCNA certification from Cisco in June 2023.
