Dag Andre Kvernstrøm has over 20 years of work experience in the IT industry. Dag Andre started their career as a Senior Service Technician at Minolta Norway in 1997 and worked there until 1999. Dag Andre then joined IT Akademiet as an Instructor from 2000 to 2001. In 2002, they became an IT Consultant at KAS, where they worked until 2003. In 2004, they joined Altibox AS, initially as a Network Engineer and later as a Senior Network Engineer. Dag Andre has been with Altibox AS since then.

Dag Andre Kvernstrøm completed their primary education at Time Ungdomskule from 1989 to 1992. Dag Andre then pursued further studies in the field of electronics and completed Videregående Kurs I Elektronikk at Gand Videregående Skole from 1993 to 1994. Following this, they attended Sola Videregående Skole from 1994 to 1995, where they specialized in Datateknikk and completed Videregående Kurs II. Kvernstrøm then enrolled at Goddalen Videregående Skole for Videregående Kurs II in Kontorteknikk from 1995 to 1996.
