Matt McNutt currently serves as Vice President of Industrial Acquisitions at Alterra Property Group since July 2022. In addition to this role, Matt McNutt has been a Partner at RF Properties since May 2018, focusing on the acquisition, disposition, and development of real estate. Prior to these positions, Matt McNutt worked as Senior Vice President at Fischer & Company from October 2011 to June 2022, where representation of national and global clients with industrial outside storage property requirements was a primary responsibility. Notable clients served include United Rentals, FedEx, Alcoa, Maxim Crane, Lanco Group of Companies, Magic Leap (AI), and General Logistic Systems. Matt McNutt is an alumnus of Arizona State University.
