Brandi Kiehl is an experienced HRIS Analyst currently consulting through Spotlight Inc. at Alterra Mountain Company since August 2021. Prior to this, Brandi served as Global HRIS Manager at Shape Technologies Group, managing HR systems and leading implementation projects. Previous roles include Senior HR Systems and Data Analyst at PATH, where Brandi was the subject matter expert on HR systems, and HR Systems Analyst at Razorfish, managing various HR platforms and supporting agency acquisitions. Brandi’s early experience includes a role as HR Coordinator at Intellectual Ventures and as a Resource Manager in the United States Navy, where Brandi managed operational tasks and training. Brandi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences from the University of Maryland Global Campus and is a graduate of the Center for Information Dominance.
