Carolyn Suero has over two decades of experience in leadership roles within the nonprofit sector, currently serving as Vice President of Admissions and Development at Alternatives, Inc. since May 1999. Carolyn supervises admissions personnel, directs agency marketing and development efforts, and oversees capital campaigns and major donor relationships. Previous positions include Senior Director and Director of Services at Alternatives, where Carolyn expanded programs and managed community-based services for vulnerable populations. Earlier experience at The Arc of Somerset County as Assistant Director and Program Manager involved supervising residential programs and managing proposals. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University, earned between 1987 and 1991.
