Dan Bader has held a variety of roles throughout their work experience. Dan is currently the Director of Product Management at Alternative Investment Exchange (AIX), starting in January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Platform Product Manager at AIX from January 2021 to December 2022, and as a Platform Release Manager from June 2019 to December 2021.

Before joining AIX, Dan worked as a Digital Product Analyst at FS Investments from June 2018 to June 2019. Dan also gained experience at Benefits Data Trust, where they held multiple roles including Quality Assurance Coordinator from May 2017 to June 2017, Benefits Quality Specialist from April 2014 to May 2017, and Benefits Outreach Specialist from February 2013 to April 2014.

Dan's earlier work experience includes a role as Lead Event Specialist at Advantage Sales & Marketing from March 2010 to January 2013. Dan also interned at the Indiana House of Representatives as a Ways and Means Committee Intern from December 2011 to March 2012, at Indiana Legal Services, Inc. as an Intern from May 2011 to December 2011, and at the Indiana University Foundation as a Student Fundraiser, Telefund from June 2011 to August 2011.

Dan Bader earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs with a focus on Legal Studies from Indiana University Bloomington. Dan attended the university from 2009 to 2012.
