Rafa Arzak is an experienced professional with a diverse background in social innovation, entrepreneurship, and education. Currently serving as a Fellow at Alterna Center for Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship since June 2016, Rafa has a history of impactful volunteer work, including a role as Volunteer Director for the International Humanity Foundation in Indonesia, where significant skills were developed in managing multicultural teams and promoting education. Prior to this, Rafa was the General Manager at Vinos Arzac, S.A. for over two decades, acquiring extensive managerial and negotiation skills, and founded the law firm Solver Abogados, SL, marking the beginning of an entrepreneurial career. Rafa holds an MBA from the University of Deusto, a Licenciatura en Derecho from Universidad del País Vasco, and a qualification in Spanish language teaching from Universitat de Barcelona.
