Johan Nihlén has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Johan began their career as a Project Manager at Ogilvy Interactive, where they worked for a year. Johan then moved on to The Bearded Lady DDB, a creative web agency, where they served as a Project Manager. Johan then co-founded the company Fabric/ATNA, where they worked as a Strategy/Creative/Owner. During this time, they managed various clients and projects.

In 2009, Johan joined A-B-D, a design agency specializing in retail environments. Johan worked as a Business Developer, focusing on retail, branded environment, and packaging solutions. Following this, Johan joined Avanza Bank as a Project Manager Marketing, responsible for the development of positioning, communication strategies, and managing agencies. Johan later became a Brand Manager and Marketing & Communications Manager at Avanza Bank.

In 2014, Johan became a Founding Partner and Senior Advisor at Omniform Projects, a Venture Communications company. Johan worked towards accelerating businesses by connecting their goals with digital sales and communication strategies. Johan also became a part of The Unit AB, a business development network.

Johan's work experience also includes being an Advisory Board Member at Grandins Flying Circus, a brand experience agency. Johan also served as a Business Developer at Block App, contributing to their business development.

Currently, Johan is the Founder/CEO of Altered Company, a Stockholm-based company with world-leading technologies aimed at saving water in taps and showers. The company is focused on reaching the mass market through global partnerships.

Johan Nihlén obtained a Master's Degree in Economics and Marketing from Stockholm University, completing their education from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they received a Diploma in IT Project Management from Changemaker in the academic year 1998-1999.
