Michael Paler has a diverse work experience in the field of animation. Michael started their career as a Freelance 2D Animator at PortSafe from October 2016 to July 2017. Michael then worked as a Health and Safety member at BU Sip & Sketch Society from September 2017 to June 2019. In 2018, they were a Character Animator at BFX Competition from July to October. Michael then joined Frontier Developments as a Graduate Animator from January to March 2021. Following this, they worked as an Animator at DreamView Inc. from March to May 2021. Currently, they are working at ALTERED FX, initially as an Animator from May 2021 to June 2022, and later promoted to Lead Animator from June 2022 onwards.

Michael Paler has a Master's degree in 3D Computer Animation from Bournemouth University, which they obtained from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Visualisation and Animation from the same university, completing it from 2016 to 2019. Michael attended Arnewood Sixth Form from 2014 to 2016, where they studied Mathematics, Physics, and Creative Media Production (Games Development).
