Jan Gryga is a skilled Software Engineer with experience at a Stealth Startup since March 2022 and as Co-Founder at Calibri from 2020 to March 2022. At Calibri, Jan defined and executed the roadmap for a web-based platform focused on enhancing employee soft skills across 20 areas, including communication and leadership. Jan also developed a distributed application for processing speech audio recordings to analyze various linguistic attributes. Jan holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Birmingham and a Bachelor of Science in Music Technology from Coventry University.
